Racing at ISC
ISC's heritage is in One-Design Racing. From the 1950s on, you could see members sailing across Geist Reservoir almost every weekend from April to November. In the 1990s we were considered the largest One-Design sailing club in the United States. In 2000 we expanded our fleets to include keelboats. Racing competitions are conducted in head-to-head One-Design and mixed-fleet PHRF handicap formats. If you are interested in racing, chances are we've got a boat and a program for you. Racing is scheduled every Sunday afternoon and Wednesday evening. The Sunday club races and the Wednesday evening PHRF racing provide opportunities for every boat at the club to get involved. View the Calendar for the schedule of club racing and fleet regattas.
ISC is a member of the national US Sailing organization and all racing events are conducted per US Sailing's Racing Rules of Sailing 2021-2024.
