06:00 – 06:10 | Meet in the ISC clubhouse for weather briefing and OnShore / OnWater groups
06:10 – 06:30 | Head down the hill, rig and launch
06:30 – 07:30 | Session lessons – OnShore classroom lessons; OnWater sailing practice
07:30 – 08:00 | Recovery, de-rigging and equipment put-away
08:00 – 08:30 | Session wrap up
