ISCA - Adult Training - Rules at Marks

This April ISCA is replaying a 4 part series from Dave Dellenbaugh, Rules at Marks, that discusses racing strategies/tactics for competitive sailors to use on the race course. The US Sailing Rules of Racing are also covered through instructional videos that will explain the rules and how they apply in a variety of situations on the race course.
